How we handle your information
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Who we are
This site is operated by Bitkroft Technology ("Bitkroft", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through bitkroft.com, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we store:
- Your name and email address
- Your school/organization name and role, if you provide them
- The message you send us
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string, for spam prevention and abuse investigation
- The date and time of submission
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie used solely to keep Bitkroft staff logged into the internal admin inbox — it is not set for, or used to track, ordinary visitors.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — for example, to answer a question about bitkroftsms, arrange a demo, or provide pricing. This is our legitimate interest in operating this contact channel; we do not use your information for marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. It may pass through our email provider solely to deliver an internal notification that a new message has arrived — the message itself is stored only in our own database.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing . We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
